What kind of 'sick' are you?
The most common 'I'm sick' complaints are-> sore throat, fever, body aches, sinus pain or congestion, cough, runny nose, headache, nausea, belly pain and more.
Many issues are urgent and can be managed by us. However, some problems need emergency care. Call us if you're not sure, or go to the ER if you feel you have an emergency.
The Different Specialties
There are complaints of the ENT, Neurological, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, Cardiac, Dermatological, Orthopedic, Rheumatological, Ophthalmic, Infectious Disease, Urological and other systems. We are happy to evaluate and treat urgent complaints in any system, if it is within our scope of practice and experience. We can also reach out to available specialists for your complaint.
Do you need a medication refill or need medication for a chronic complaint?
We would love to help you if you need a refill and cannot reach your primary care provider, lost your meds, or need a medication that has helped in the past for a particular complaint. This is on a case-by-case basis of course. Narcotic medications should be managed by a familiar PCP or Pain Management specialist definitively.
Antibiotics
Do you feel that you need antibiotics for your condition? Yes, we are happy to help if you need antibiotics. As you know, overprescribing antibiotics leads to 'antibiotic resistance' and decreases the benefits and effectiveness of this valuable class of medications.
